Our product, vinegar, comes from the sweet coconut nectar (sap) of our organically grown coconut trees in Sorsogon, Philippines... certified organic by USDA and Kosher certified. Vinegar production follows a natural and organic pattern as well. Natural fermentation ranges from 6 months to 2 years without any chemical additives, no preservatives, no artificial flavorings.
