Im ökologischen Weinbau sind nur geringe Mengen an Schwefelpräparaten und sonstige Pflanzenmittel zugelassen. Der Schwefelgehalt der Weine muss erheblich niedriger liegen als der vom Weingesetz erlaubte Grenzwert.
Der Wein reift hier noch auf "echten" Weinbergen, deren Bewirtschaftung nach wie vor sorgfältige Handarbeit erfordert. Unsere Weine sind Erzeugnisse der traditionellen Weinkultur. |

Essência do Gourmet de volta à Bolsa

É já na próxima sexta-feira, dia 16, que a Essência do Gourmet volta a animar os bonitos salões do Palácio da Bolsa no Porto, desta feita na quinta edição e com um programa fortíssimo, onde, durante três dias, há de tudo um pouco e um pouco de tudo para toda a gente.
Os números impressionam: se formos a contas simples, há 50 cursos de culinária diários, um mercado gourmet com mais de 300 produtos à prova e venda, mais de 20 dos mais conceituados chefes de cozinha a trabalhar em Portugal, cursos para crianças, provas de vinhos, workshops, tapas e muita, mas mesmo muita animação.
