SCHIOPPETTINO VILLA RUBINI

Schioppettino is a wine typical of the Cividale area and derived from Ribolla Nera (Black Ribolla), an indigenous variety planted on hilly land of the Friuli region. Schioppettino was once called Pokelza. Both names mean ‘small bang’ due to the pressure in the bottle derived from secondary fermentation of residual sugar. |
