Zur Herstellung von Hefebrand wird die frische Weinhefe verwendet. Weinhefe entsteht beim Gärprozess des Weines. Am Ende des Gärvorgangs werden Wein und Weinhefe getrennt. Durch die Destillation wird der Weinhefe der durch die Gärung entstandene Alkohol entzogen. Weinhefebrand ist als sog. „Magenaufräumer“ sehr beliebt und gut verträglich. |
