Eleganz und Feinheit sind unsere Ideale!
Es begann 2000 als der erste Wein aus zugekauften Spätburgundertrauben vinifiziert wurde. In den darauf folgenden Jahren kaufte man Weinberge und Brachflächen zur Neuanlage. Man entwickelte Methoden im Weinberg und Keller, um den gewünschten Weinstil zu erreichen. Geringe Erträge, starke Selektion des Lesegutes im Weinberg und bei der Traubenannahme, 18 monatiger Barriqueausbau und unfiltrierte Füllung sind nur einige Vorgaben nach denen wir arbeiten. |
