Pre heat oven to 210°
Lay the first roll of pastry in the flan dish.
In a bowl, mix the butter, the almond powder, the sugar and the whole egg.
Spread the mixture on the pastry, then cover with the second roll. Stick both edges of pastry together. Decorate the top with the point of a knife, taking care not to pierce the pastry.
Brush the pastry with the egg yolk.
Put in the oven and cook for 35 min.
