Ingredients:

750 g cherries
5 eggs
150 g caster sugar
150 g flour
150 g fresh cream
150 ml milk
10 g butter


Preheat oven to 180°

Butter a baking dish. Place the cherries in the dish (in the French recipe the cherries are not pitted, it tastes better)

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and the sugar. Add the flour, the cream and the milk while whisking.

Pour the mixture on the cherries and bake 35 min. Serve hot or cold.

Other fruits that can be used: apple/redcurrant, pear/apricot, peach/almond''.
