2 CHILES SERRANOS.
3 CUCHARADAS DE ACITE.


CALENTAR EL ACEITE EN UNA CACEROLA. SE SOFRIE LA CEBOLLA Y EL CHILE FINAMENTE PICADOS.
SE INCORPORAN LOS CHAMPIÑONES PARTIDOS EN 2 A LO LARGO , LAS HOJAS DE EPAZOTE Y SE AGREGAN LOS 2 LITROS DE AGUA.
CUANDO EMPIEZA A HERVIR EL AGUA, SE AGREGA EL CONSOMÉ. PUEDE PONER UN POCO MÁS DE LAS 2 CUCHARADAS SOPERAS SI DESEA QUE EL SABOR SEA MÁS FUERTE.
SE DEJA HERVIR HASTA QUE SE CONSUMA 1/4 DEL AGUA QUE SE AGREGÓ.
