500-1500 grams or 1-3 bittergourds
2-3 eggs
2 tbsp salad oil
1 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp salt
Sliced pepper, as preferred |

Wash bitter gourd and slice into strips.
Beat eggs until blended.
Add in the sliced bitter gourd in the wok, fry until cooked.
Add in beaten eggs, stir until well mixed and cooked.
Move wok from the stove.
