Wash all the vegetables carefully with a lot of water.
Toss the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, corn in a large salad bowl. Store in refrigerator.
Top the salad with boiled eggs, tuna, croutons, peanuts or cashew nuts and olives just before serving.
Place dressing on the side.
Variation:for a heavier salad, boil 3 medium potatoes and 1 pack of string beans, let it cool down and mix it with the other ingredients.
