Ginadgad na niyog

Magpakulo ng tubig para sa pasingawan. Sa isang mangkok, Paghaluin ang harina, asukal, tubig, lihiya at food color. Haluin hanggang pino. Magbuhos sa maliit na muffin na hulmahan hanggang sa kalahati. Pasingawan nang 10-20 minuto. Palamigin at tanggalin sa hulmahan. Ihain kasama ng kinudkud na niyog.
