Ibuhos ang gata sa kaserola. Pakuluan ng sampung minute ng hindi hinahalo. Tunawin ang galapong sa natitirang gata. Isama sa kumukulong gata.Timplahan ng asukal o panutsa at Lutuin hangang lumapot.
Suman is a rice cake originating in the Philippines. It is made from glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk, wrapped in banana leaves or palm leaves then boiled.
