isang kilong bangus, linisin at hatiin ng hindi magkahiwalay

Marinada:
10 pirasong kalamansi, katasin
1 buong bawang, pitpitin
1 kutsaritang pamintang durog
1/2 kutsaritang asin




Paghalu-haluin ang mga sangkap ng marinada. Ibuhos ito sa mga bangus at hayaang mababad ang mga bangus sa marinada ng 15 minuto. Ihawin.
