Oatmeal Bread Pudding

3 cup day old bread, sliced into cubes

½ cup Magnolia Fresh Milk

2 pc eggs, beaten

¼ cup raisins

¼ cup oatmeal (raw)

½ cup fruit cocktail

¼ cup syrup from fruit cocktail

4 tbsp Magnolia Gold Butter, melted


Pre - heat oven to 350 F.

Place bread, fresh milk, beaten eggs, raisins, half the oatmeal, fruit cocktail, syrup, and melted butter in a bowl and mix all ingredients until well incorporated.

Divide mixture into 4.

Place in 4 separate oven proof ramekins and cover each with aluminum foil.

Place inside pre–heated oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil on the last 5 minutes of baking and set oven to broil. Allow the top to brown.

When done, remove from oven and allow to cool for about 20 minutes.

Pudding may be served warm or chilled.
