saute garlic in annatto oil until slight brown. Add pork and stir fry until brown. Add vinegar then simmer. Don't stir until vinegar boils and releases its acidic odor. Add salt, pepper and patis. Continue simmering until pork is tender. Add sigarilyas. Simmer for a minute. Serve with hot steamed rice.
