Boil pandan leaves in coconut water for 3 minutes. Remove pandan leaves in the pan. Mix in unflavored gelatin to the pandan juice. Boil until well dissolved. Pour into a baking pan. Let it cool and set. Cut into cubes.
Pour young coconut meat strips into a mixing bowl. Add all- purpose cream, condensed milk, sugar and gelatin. Mix well. Refrigerate before serving.
