Heat water and add chicken cube to make stock. Blanch clams, mussels and crabs to make seafood stock. Saute 1 tsp of garlic and onion in 1/4 cup olive oil.Add the shrimps, crab, and squid. Simmer until half cooked. Add red bell peppers. Set aside.
In another pan,saute 1/2 tsp garlic and the uncooked rice in the remaining olive oil. Slowly add stock alternately. Add tomato sauce, green peas, paprika, saffron and all the meats. Simmer until meat is tender. Add the seafoods. Cover with aluminum foil & cook in low fire adding more stock as needed for 20 minutes or until done. Harnish with hard boiled egg slices, asparagus green peas, bell peppers & slices of lemon.
