Ingredients:

150 gms. crab meat, shredded
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsps finelychopped onions
1 tbsp finelychopped red bell pepper
1 tbsp finelychopped spring onion
1 pc eggwhite
2 tbsps JufranSweet Chili Sauce
1/8 tsp salt
Dash ground pepper
1/4 cup Breadcrumbs

1/4 cup JufranSweet Chili Sauce
1/2 cup Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil


Procedure:
1. Mix first 10 ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Shape into patties. Dredge with more bread crumbs.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Pan fry in hot Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil.
5. Dip crabcakes in Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce.

TIPS:
IDEAMAKER - crabcakes can be made into appetizer or bite size by shaping into teaspoon size and inserting a toothpick in it
SKILLBOOSTER - crabmeat that is raw must be flaked over again since some shells may still bearound.
BUDGETKEEPER - Youcan use cheaper fish like bangus, bisugo, or tilapia instead of crab.
TIMESAVER - crabcakes can be shaped and made way in advance.?Fry when needed.
