Saute garlic, onions, ginger, beef, heart, tripe And intestines. Add patis. Cook for 5 minutes. Add water then boil until meat is tender. Add bile, green hot pepper and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add calamansi juice or lemon juice, Simmer for a minute. Adjust taste if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice.
