Ingredients:

225 g (225 g) DEL MONTE Spaghetti, cooked
2 tbsp (28 g) olive oil
4 cloves (20 g) garlic, chopped
1 pc (50 g) medium onion, chopped
1 pc (91 g) hungarian sausage, sliced
1/4 kg (250 g) clams
2 tbsp (32 g) white wine
350 g (360 g) labahita or maya-maya
1 pouch (200 g) DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce
1 tsp (0.4 g) fresh thyme
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp (3.5 g) iodized fine salt


Procedure:

1. HEAT olive oil in pan and sauté garlic, onion, sausage, clams and white wine. Simmer for about 2 minutes.

2. ADD fish, DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce, 1/3 cup water and ½ tsp iodized fine salt (or ½ tbsp iodized rock salt). Simmer for 5 minutes. Add thyme.

3. POUR over or mix with cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti.
