Ingredients:

1/2 kg. chicken cut into serving pieces
1 tbsp. soysauce
oil for frying
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
1/3 cup chopped onion
100 g. sea cucumber boiled at least 30 minutes and sliced
4 11g. MAGGI Tinola Cube dissolved in
8 cups water
1/4 cup chopped kinchay



Procedure
1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce for 1 hour. Drain and fry until brown on all sides.
2. Pour off excess oil, retaining about 3 tbsp.; sauté garlic and onion.
3. Add chicken and sea cucumber, simmer until sea cucumber is fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
4. Pour in broth into the mixture, simmer for another 5 minutes then add kinchay.
5. Serve hot.
