Ingredients:

1 kilo Ground Pork
1/2 cup Raisins
6 pcs Eggs
1 cup Cheese, grated
4 tbsps Chopped green bell pepper
1/2cup Finely chopped carrots
Salt and pepper to taste



Procedure:
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well-blended. Divide the mixture into 3 then wrap in aluminum foil or plastic. Roll tightly and seal the ends. Place in a steamer and cook until done (about 45 minutes). Cool, slice then serve.


Embutido (Spanish & Brazilian Portuguese) or enchido (European Portuguese) is a type of sausage found in Spain, Portugal, Philippines, and Central & South America. It contains hashed meat, generally pork, seasoned with aromatic herbs or spices.
