1. SPRINKLE fish with 1tbsp calamansi juice and 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt (or 1/2 tbsp iodized rock salt0. Sat aside.
2. SAUTÉ onion, ginger and sayote. Add coconut milk, 3/4 tsp iodized fine salt (or 2-1/2 tsp iodized rock salt), peppercorn and siling labuyo. Simmer for 10 minutes with occasionally stirring.
3. ADD fish, bell peppers and DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes with occasionally stirring.
