3/4 kg (750 g) goat meat, cut into chunks 150 g (150 g) potato, cut into chunks and fried 2 tbsp (30 g) DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar 1 pack (18 g) DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning 2 tbsp (38 g) liver spread 2 pc (2 g) siling labuyo, sliced 1/4 cup (60 g) red wine 1 pouch (80 g) DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Caldereta Sauce 1 pc (50 g) medium red bell pepper, cut into strips 1/4 cup (37.5 g) stuffed green olives 1 tbsp (9 g) cheese, grated 1 cup water 2 tbsp (28 g) oil 1 cup water Procedure: 1. MARINATE goat meat in DEL MONTE Vinegar for 30 minutes. Drain and discard marinade. Boil meat in 1 cup water, drain and discard broth. 2. MIX meat with DEL MONTE Sandosenang Sarap. SAUTÉ in 2 tbsp oil until slightly dry, then add liver spread and sili. SAUTÉ for 2 minutes. 3. ADD red wine, 1 cup water and DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Caldereta Sauce. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, then cover and continue simmering until meat is tender. 4. ADD olives, bell peppers and cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in fried potatoes.
