Vinho ideal: Esporão D.O.C. Reserva 2002 foi criado através da vinificação das castas Trincadeira, Aragonês e Cabernet Sauvignon.
Revela um aroma de fruta madura bem integrado com carvalho americano. Além do Esporão Reserva tinto, o Monte Velho Tinto e o Esporão Garrafeira combinam muito bem com este saboroso prato.
