Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the chocolate, stir until it melts.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add all the flour off the fire. Stir until smooth, then, add, little by little, the chocolate milk. Return to the fire and stir until it comes to the boil.
Beat the eggs yolks with the castor sugar. Add to the preparation
Lastly, beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the preparation
Butter well the bowl, dust with castor sugar and pour in the mixture. Cook in a warm oven (180°) for 1 hour.
Turn out cold, and serve with a chocolate cream or a custard.
