Bluefin Seafood Export Inc. is a domestic corporation that was organized and registered with the Philippine Securities & Exchange Commission (PSEC) under Registration No. CS200307092. Main operations involve the processing and exportation of seafood products for international market.
OUR HISTORY...
2000 Bluefin Enterprises was founded by Henry T. Morales in November 20, 2000. Bluefin employed 1 employee that handles trade transaction. Selling its first sales of 500 kilos of fresh fish to domestic market.
2001 Bluefin Opened its first station in Zamboanga City, employing an additional 10 more employees. Fresh Octopus and fresh fishes were the main product lines.
2002 Bluefin Started its first food production for export market. Employing Food technicians who developed new products with international standards.
2003 Bluefin Seafood Export Inc. (BSEI) was officially incorporated to cater the needs of International Market. BSEI pioneered the production of frozen HGT Sardines to EU. The first and only company that sells frozen sardinella to Spain. Our first container of frozen Octopus was also shipped to United States of America.
2004 BSEI continued to upgrade its facilities and production systems that meet international standards. Employed more factory workers.
2005 BSEI explored its new market in Africa and the Middle East. It started shipping out whole gutted fish to Africa and fresh tuna loins to Middle East. BSEI opened its new processing plant in Manila for value added products.
The same year, BSEI was awarded as Best Manufacturer and Exporter of Seafood Products.
2006 BSEI continued to expand its product lines and market shares. BSEI penetrated markets in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, France, Portugal and Italy.

We aim to work for excellence in meeting consumer demands, by providing variety of good quality products and services to our clients. We are committed to work for the attainment of our goals.

HACCP SYSTEM
Bluefin Seafood Export Inc, believes in the importance of quality products. Quality is our main focus to be competitive in the industry. This is the reason why we stress quality standards and guidelines in all our production lines. We have built and implemented production facilities and systems to continuously improve our product's standard and quality.
Our production and our plant are HACCP Certified (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). We implement our HACCP to ensure safe processing of our seafood products. These programs specify certain critical jobs and points in seafood processing. We make sure that our products are free from biological, physical and chemical contaminations.
A further quality control is initiated, as well as laboratory testing, before shipping it via refrigerated containers built for international transport.
We process and freeze our products to assure our client's with the freshest, the most attractive and the best tasting seafood possible.

3.) PASTEURIZED
Processing our product begins with Quality Control. Our crabmeat comes from Blue Swimming crabs (portunus pelagicus). These blue crabs are caught and transported live to our stations. We first inspect every crab that comes into our station before processing it in our plant. We check the quality before the processing begins.
All Bluefin crabmeats are handpicked, sorted and filled into metal cans with HACCP applications. We check every meat for many quality facets- specs, accuracy, color, taste, odor, workmanship, packaging integrity and textures. Our crabmeats are pasteurized under thermal temperature and stored under refrigerated temp to maintain its freshness and quality. It comes with different classifications namely
