About Us
At Fresh Options, we take pride in providing our customers with fresh and safe meats. Expert veterinarians and technical personnel supervise our farms and take care of the animals’ health and nutrition. We develop our own high-quality feeds and this ensures our animals are safe and healthy. From the farms, animals are slaughtered daily in “AA” establishments accredited by the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS).
We follow a strict quality control process handled by our expert personnel who keep an eye on the entire production process to prevent meat contamination during slaughtering, dressing, deboning and further processing. The prepared meat products are then delivered to Fresh Options Meat Shops in Central Luzon and Metro Manila via refrigerated vans. Our First-In, First-Out system ensures that you get only the freshest and safest meats.
Our History and Milestones
The idea for Fresh Options began with a friend’s offer to veterinarian and entrepreneur Dr. Robert H. Lo to sell his produce in a space at SPC Supermarket in Angeles, Pampanga. On April 1, 2005, Fresh Options was born. Dr. Lo recounts: “Our first store was very small, around 20 square meters. But I took every possible effort to inform people that we have opened so we displayed 120 banners around Angeles. My friends scoffed at the idea but people came to buy.”
Today, Dr. Lo is now the proud President and CEO of one of the country’s fastest-rising companies. It has 74 branches in Pampanga, Bataan, Olongapo, Zambales, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, and Metro Manila.
In the future, Dr. Lo plans to expand the Fresh Options product line. Currently, all Fresh Options Meat shops offer fresh pork, chicken, fish, and beef, along with its Value-Added, ready-to-cook products.

1.) Fresh Chilled:
Not frozen, Always Fresh Stocks!
So what’s the difference between a fresh-chilled meat and a frozen one? At Fresh Options, we only chill our meat products to lock in the freshness and to keep them free from harmful contaminants. On the other hand, frozen products are meant to mainly preserve the product–typical of meats that are imported abroad.
Chicken
Fresh Options Chicken Products are guaranteed to be the freshest and healthiest. After all, they are cared for by our in-house experts to ensure these chickens grow right without using harmful additives.
Pork
Our Pork Products feature some of the choicest cuts for your favorite dishes. And because our in-house veterinarians and technical personnel keep a close eye on our farms, our pork products only have the right amount of fat and a full load of meat for your enjoyment!
Beef
From tasty pot roasts to smoky ribs, you’ll get more out of your favorite meals with Fresh Options’ Beef Products. That’s because they come from cattle closely supervised by our experts to ensure their safety and freshness.

Value Added Products
Fresh Options Value Added Products feature easy to prepare meals for your family. The Merry-Nades line of products features marinated pork and chicken in a variety of flavors. And as its name suggests, our Eat’s Quick line features ready-to-cook meals for your family such as the crispy pata and knuckles. For tocino, longganisa, and tapa, try our Kanyaman Na products.
Everyday delivery:
Daily production and distribution
From our farms, we deliver our meats and Value Added products to our meat shops within the same day. We also have a ‘First-In, First-Out’ system in our meat shops where the products that are delivered first are the ones we sell first. And we pull out the unsold meats from our stores the same day they are delivered, save for our Value Added product line. These steps help ensure that you get only the safest meats around.
