Place the finely chopped chocolate with the butter in a Pyrex bowl. Melt in a microwave oven for 2 minutes or in a bowl over hot water. Stir well until both ingredients are melted and smooth.
Grill the almonds, hazelnuts and the walnuts in a non stick frying pan, for 3 minutes.
Pour the chocolate into the compartments of the baking tin. Place, 1 almond, 1 walnut, 1 hazelnut and 2 golden raisins and press delicately on top of the chocolate
Refrigerate for 4 hours, and remove from the baking tin as soon as out of the fridge. Keep them in a cool place.
You may also crush the dried fruits slightly before putting on the chocolate. You can also use dried apricots, figs, dried cranberries and candied ginger, pistachios, cashews, pine nuts, Macadamia, Brazil nuts and any kind of dried fruits.
