Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 chopped onion 2 chopped shallots 200 g chopped mushrooms 400 g of salmon fillet without skin 1 roll of puff pastry 80 g of cooked rice 200 g of cooked spinach 3 hardboiled eggs shelled 1 egg yolk Salt, pepper
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and fry onion and shallots 3 min. Add the mushrooms. Cook until tender and whole liquid is evaporated. Season to taste
Poach the salmon for 10 min in boiling water with salt. Strain Pre heat oven to 210° (th 7) Place the pastry in the cake dish. Spread a layer of cooked rice, then a layer of salmon and a layer of spinach. Place de hardboiled eggs in the center of the spinach, one after the other, then, cover with the mushrooms preparation. Close the pastry on top, seal with little water and brush with the beaten egg yolk Place in the warm oven about 60 min until brown on top. Serve cool or warm with a green salad.
