Ingredients:
2 large bulbs fresh fennel
1 large onion chopped
1 glass of white wine
1 prepared sea bream (about 1 kg)
Salt, ground black pepper.
Preheat the oven to 210°
Boil the fennels in a saucepan for 10 min. Drain and cut into fine slices
In a dish place the onion and fennel. Place the sea bream on top. Season well.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Serve immediately.
