Salmon crumble

Ingredients:
1 kg fillet of skinless salmon
2 shallots finely chopped
1 lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dill chopped
100 g flour
100 g grated cheese (emmenthal, cheddar')
100 g softened butter
Preheat oven to 210°
Cut salmon into 2 cm cubes
In a dish, mix the salmon with shallots, lemon juice, olive oil and dill.
Place the flour, the cheese and the butter in a large bowl and mix well with the fingers. Keep rubbing until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture on the salmon.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes until the crumble is browned. Serve with a green salad
