Ingredients:
3 pounds boneless lamb shoulder cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion minced
3 garlic cloves cut in 4
10 dried apricots diced
10 pitted dates diced
10 dried figs diced
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 glass of water
Salt, ground pepper
In the tagine dish, heat the oil. Fry the onion and garlic 2 min.
Add the meat and seal until the pieces are browned on all sides for 3 min.
Add the apricots, dates and figs. Sprinkle the cinnamon and pour the water. Season and stir well.
Cover with the lid and cook for 1h20.
