Red fruit crumble

Ingredients:
750 g of red fruit (strawberries, raspberries, red currants, stoned cherries....) 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar 200 g of flour 200 g of granulated sugar 200 g of butter cut into small cubes
Pre-heat the oven to 200° (th7)
Put the red fruit in a roaster, and sprinkle with the 2 tablespoons of sugar. In a bowl, mix the flour and the sugar. Add the butter and rub it in thoroughly between fingers until mixture has breadcrumb consistency. Spread it over the fruit and bake in the oven for 30 min. You can serve this crumble with fresh cream or vanilla ice cream. Crumbles can be made with many kinds of fruit : apples and berries, apples and peaches, apples and bananas, rhubarb and strawberries''. If you use frozen fruit, drain them before you put them in the roaster.
