Bouchées au Thon

Ingredients:
1 boîte de thon au naturel égoutté (180g)
50g de concentré de tomates
60g de crème épaisse
80g de fromage râpé
30g d'oignons
4 oeufs
1 petit bouquet de persil
sel et poivre
Préchauffer le four à 180°C
Mixer le tout au robot. Verser la préparation obtenue dans des petits moules individuels en silicone de préférence.
Cuire 20 minutes au four. Démouler froid.
Se déguste bien frais à l'apéritif ou en entrée.
Si vous ne disposez pas de moules à bouchées, vous pourrez disposer des petites boulettes de cette préparation sur une plaque de cuisson
