Ingredients:

2 pommes de terre cuites à l'eau, épluchées
1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive
Sel, poivre du moulin
1 boîte de thon au naturel égouttée
2 cuillères à soupe de mayonnaise
1 poignée de pousses de shizo purple


Dans un bol couper les pommes de terre cuites en petits cube. Ajouter le sel, le poivre et arroser avec l'huile d'olive. Mélanger

Dans un second bol, mélanger le thon et la mayonnaise

Dans les verrines superposer les pommes de terre, puis le mélange au thon. Terminer par les pousses de shizo purple
