Preheat oven to 180°
Butter a baking dish. Place the cherries in the dish (in the French recipe the cherries are not pitted, it tastes better)
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and the sugar. Add the flour, the cream and the milk while whisking.
Pour the mixture on the cherries and bake 35 min. Serve hot or cold.
