Red berries and almond cream

Ingredients:
200 g red berries (fresh or freezed)
2 eggs
80 g caster sugar
80 almond powder
10 cl liquid cream
Preheat oven to 180°
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, the almond powder and the cream.
Evenly display the fruits into 4 ramekins. Pour the mixture on the fruits. Bake in hot oven for 30 min.
Serve hot or cold, with whipped cream or Chantilly.
