Russian Goulash

Ingredients:
800 g of stewing steak diced
1 big onion minced
3 garlic cloves crushed
2 carrots cut into slices
6 potatoes diced
250 ml of hot water
1 beef stock cube
3 tablespoons of tomato purée
2 leaves of laurel
Salt, pepper
Pre-heat the oven to 200°(th7)
Pour the vegetable in the colander and rinse them, then drain.
In a small bowl pour the hot water, add the beef stock cube and the tomato purée. Mix
In a casserole, pour the meat, the onion, the garlic, the vegetable and the laurel leaves. Add salt and pepper and mix.
Cover and cook in hot oven for 1 h and 30 min.
You can add mushrooms to the vegetables.
