Pine (Pinhão)


Suflê de Pinhão
Ingredientes: 2 xícaras de pinhão cozido, 1 xícara de leite, 3 ovos, 1 cebola, 3 colheres de queijo ralado, 2 colheres de farinha de trigo, 1 colher de margarina, sal, pimenta e cheiro-verde a gosto.
Modo de preparar. Frite na margarina a cebola bem picadinha e o cheiro-verde. Acrescente os pinhões cortados em rodelas , deixando refogar. A parte misture o leite, a farinha de trigo, as gemas, o sal e a pimenta. Junte aos poucos todos os ingredientes acrescentando por último o queijo. Deixe esfriar e junte as três claras batidas em neve, Coloque em uma forma refratária, assando em fogo moderado.
Panquecas de Pinhão 
Ingredientes: 4 colheres de pinhão cru, 6 colheres de trigo, uma xícara de leite, 2 ovos, 300 gramas de camarão, tomate, alho, pimenta, cebola, cheiro-verde, queijo ralado, massa de tomate.
Modo de preparar: Moa os pinhões, em seguida misture com os ovos, o trigo e o leite. A parte refogue os temperos, o camarão, o sal e os tomates. Coloque o recheio sobre a massa, enrolando-a. Cubra as panquecas com o molho de massa de tomates e o queijo. Se desejar coloque um pouco no forno para gratinar.

Pinion soufflé
Ingredients: 2 cups of cooked pine nuts, 1 cup milk, 3 eggs, 1 onion, 3 tablespoons of grated cheese, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon margarine, salt, and pepper to taste, smell green.
How to prepare. Fry the onion in margarine, finely chopped green and smell. Add the pine nuts cut into slices, fry leaving. The part mix milk, flour, egg yolks, salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients gradually adding the cheese last. Let cool and add the three egg whites to snow, Put in a baking dish, bake in moderate heat.
Pancakes Pinion
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons raw pine nuts, 6 tablespoons of wheat, one cup milk, 2 eggs, 300 grams of shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, pepper, onion, green-smelling, cheese, tomato paste.
Preparation: Grind the pine nuts, then mix with eggs, wheat and milk. Part saute seasonings, shrimp, salt and tomatoes. Place the filling over the dough, rolling it up. Cover the pancakes with tomato pasta sauce and cheese. If you want to put a little in the oven for browning.
