Ingredients:
2 quarts glutinous rice flour
1 coconut, grated
1/4 cup sesame seeds, grounded and mixed with 1/2 cup white sugar
1 to 1 1/2 glass of water
Procedure:
Add water to glutinous rice flour and mix well. Form the dough into patties. Drop them into boiling water and wait until they float. Remove them from the boiling water and let the water drip. Roll them in grated coconut and in sesame seeds & sugar mixture.
