Ingredients:

5 cl de Gin
Le jus d'1 citron
1 cuillère à café de sucre de canne en poudre
Eau de Seltz


Dans un shaker, verser tous les ingrédients, agiter.
Verser dans un verre a cocktail garni de 2 glaçons. Compléter d'eau de Seltz.

Vous pourrez ajouter dans le shaker 1 blanc d'oeuf pour rendre le mélange plus mousseux.
