1 watermelon, cut into bite-size pieces
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Vinegar


Procedure

Put cut watermelon in a bowl.
Add thinly sliced red onion.
Add salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.
Chill, drain excess liquid and serve.
