Bittergourd Soup

Ingredients:
500 Grams 1 bittergourd
200 Grams ground pork
1 Litre broth
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp pepper
5-6 pieces black mushroom (soaked)
Procedure:
Mix ground pork with soy sauce, chopped garlic, and pepper.
Cut bittergourd vertically at 3 inches tall, remove the seeds and stuff it with ground pork.
Set the broth on high temperature, when it’s hot put in the stuffed bittergourd then reduce to medium temperature. Let it cook until bittergourd gets soft or about 20-25 minutes. Add the soaked black mushroom and cook for a few more minutes.
Season the soup with 1-2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
