Ingredients:

2 piece white bread
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 slice PUREFOODS COOKED HAM
1 30g-slice MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1 piece egg
˝ cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER


. Spread mayonnaise and mustard in a slice of bread.
2. Top with ham and cheese and covered with another piece of bread.
3. Beat egg and milk in a small bowl.
4. Dip the sandwich with the egg and milk mixture.
5. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Brown the sandwich on both sides. Serve hot.

Serves 1.
