Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur Granita

Ingredients:
3/4 c. Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur 1/2 c. Sugar 1/2 c. Water 3 c. Mango Puree 4 c. Mango Nectar 3-4 T. Lemon Juice Procedures: In a saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cool syrup. Combine mango puree, mango nectar and Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur. Adjust flavor with lemon juice and syrup. Transfer mixture to a shallow metal baking pan and freeze. Stir mixture every hour until mixture is frozen but not hard, about 3 to 6 hours. Granita may be made 2 days in advance. Just before serving, fluff granita with a fork to lighten texture. Scoop into chilled serving glasses.
