In a saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cool syrup.
Combine mango puree, mango nectar and Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur. Adjust flavor with lemon juice and syrup.
Transfer mixture to a shallow metal baking pan and freeze.
Stir mixture every hour until mixture is frozen but not hard, about 3 to 6 hours.
Granita may be made 2 days in advance.
Just before serving, fluff granita with a fork to lighten texture.
Scoop into chilled serving glasses.
