Ingredients:

1 salop a diket, giniling
1 Litro nga getta ti 3 nga niyog
1kg brown nga asukar
½ kg kalog, nakaros ( wenno kinirog nga lengnga/ mani)
7 nga bulo, 18 pulgada ti kaatiddog, nadalusan ti ruar ken uneg na.
Bunot ti nyog (pangkalob)


Panagluto:

Paglalauken amin dagiti umuna nga uppat a rekado. Ikabil iti uneg ti bulo (saan unay nga punuen, agingga laeng iti ¾ ti bulo tapno saan nga maibelleng ti kargana inton lutuen). Kaluban iti bunot ti nyog wenno foil nga naireppet iti ngarab ti bulo. Idalangiding iti beggang iti 20 minutos wenno agingga a maluto. Bali baliktaden tapno saan nga makset.
Idasar nga napudot.
