1/4 kilo Sirloya ng baka, hiniwang pang tapa
75g Malaking Sibuyas hiniwa ng pabilog
1 tbsp Katas ng Kalamansi
230g Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits,
tanggalin ang sabaw at itabi
1/4 Tasang Mantika


MARINADA
40g Bawang, dinikdik
42.5g Toyo
8g Katas ng Kalamansi
1/8tsp Paminta
Sabaw ng Pinya


Ito ay para sa 3 tao


Ibabad ang karne ng baka sa marinada ng isang oras. Patuyuin at itabi ang marinada.
Iprito ang karne ng baka hanggang magkulay kayumanggi. Itabi. Huwag tanggalin ang mantika sa kawali. Igisa dito ang sibuyas, marinada at kalamansi juice. Pakuluin ng 2 minuto. Ilagay ang karne ng baka at pinya. Pakuluan uli ng 2 minuto. Ihaing mainit.
