Ingredients:
1 kilo pork belly; cut into desired pieces
1 liter cooking oil
1/2 liter water
Salt to taste
Water
Boil pork in water with salt for 20 minutes or until tender. Hang dry, then set aside.
Deep fry pork in hot cooking oil. While frying, sprinkle pork with cold water so that the skin will pop. Remove from fire when pork turns golden brown. Drain excess oil with paper towel before serving
