Tuna Nuggets![]() Cooking Time: 15 minutes Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 can Red Label Century Tuna Solid in Water, drained (I used two) 1/3 cup sweet potato and carrots puree -> boiled sweet potato and carrot chunks, mashed or pureed (I used 3/4 of a cup) 1 Omega 3-enriched egg (You can use ordinary egg, I think I used the Vitamin E enriched variety) 1 pack crushed Soyami Chips in plain flavor (I used bread crumbs because I only got a pack of Soyami chips for this) 1 tbsp chopped green onions (I used 2 tbsp) 2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce (I used ordinary soy sauce) 1/8 tsp McCormick ground onion (I used very finely chopped onion) 1/8 tsp McCormick ground garlic (I used grated garlic) 1/8 tsp black or white pepper
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients together Cover and chill for 30 minutes Form into small nuggets or small patties Pan fry in little oil until lightly browned.
